The project's objective was to address the difficulty in identifying the tender processes of interest for PREVISORA S.A., which was hindered by the considerable volume of information published on various public tender websites.
The project
solution and outcome
ADA implemented a web scraping process to extract data from public tender pages, along with the creation of a supervised machine learning model to classify relevant processes. As a result, the identification and effective loading of processes into the SALESFORCE platform were achieved. Additionally, a user interface was developed for process classification, serving as a basis for model retraining. This has led to a significant reduction in the time required to identify and track tender processes. Currently, the team is in the process of fine-tuning the artificial intelligence model in ADA's testing environment, with plans to deploy it in La Previsora's BETA environment in the near future.
